I have over eighteen years of counseling and coaching experience working with individuals, couples and groups.
My approach emphasizes strengths, values, and a growth framework for increasing self-understanding, resolving personal health and relationship concerns, and achieving life goals.

My Credentials
I hold a Doctorate with a focus in Transpersonal Psychology and the Developmental Stages of Identity Consciousness, a Master's in Professional Counseling and a Bachelor's in Psychology.
My approach is holistic, reflective, and action-oriented— and facilitates perspective transformative— all of which offers the possibility of expedient positive quality of life improvements. Engaging this process over time with on-going experimentation and practice of new ways of being in daily life can lead to enduring freedom from limiting thoughts/beliefs and self-sabotaging behaviors. I integrate deep listening, psycho-education, and practical skill-building using a variety of evidenced-based techniques drawing from Trauma Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Prolonged Exposure, Mindfulness, and Emotional Freedom Adaption Technique (EFAT).
I have over 18-years of experience working with the Human Design System and offer individual Human Design consultations or Human Design elements can be integrated into the therapy process.
My own regular health regime includes mindfulness, meditation and a variety of fitness, wellness, and energy practices.
